Starstruck are a piano and vocal duo specialising in sophisticated entertainment for weddings and events.
Emily and Joe are highly experienced musicians who have worked extensively in the music industry for 15 years. Joe has held residencies at The Savoy, The Dorchester, The Langham, Ronnie Scotts & The Ritz, to name a few. Emily has worked internationally as a lead vocalist in theatre and on a World Voyage onboard Cunard’s MV Queen Elizabeth.
Emily also enjoyed a varied career including television, radio, recording, and stage. Together, Starstruck exude professionalism. They are friendly, talented, reliable, and want to make music the highlight of your event.

British opera star Emily and award-winning pianist Marina infuse operatic pop, jazz standards, movie soundtracks, musical theatre with classical precision.
Emily graduated from the Royal Northern College of Music with an Honours Degree. Her operatic roles include Dorabella in Cosi fan Tutte, Olga in Eugene Onegin as well as performances of Carmen, Clemenza di Tito and Die Fledermaus.
Emily has performed at Wembley Stadium, opening FA Cup finals, the Royal Albert Hall, The Welsh National Eisteddfod and St Paul’s Cathedral. She has worked with pop singer-songwriter Conor Maynard, acclaimed Tenor Russell Watson on his ‘One Man Only’ Tour and toured with Bravo Amici.
Marina started playing piano aged four and was titled ‘Most Promising Young Pianist’ in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Marina won the First Federal Prize of Germany and the Steinway Piano Competition in Munich.
Since completing her Masters Degree in Piano Performance in Germany, Marina moved to London to work on her album together with UK’s leading classical-crossover producer John Haywood combining classical greats by Bach, Rachmaninoff and Elgar with sumptuous symphonic versions of modern classics like U2, Madonna and Coldplay. Most recently Marina coached Dame Maggie Smith for her film role as a pianist in ‘The Lady in the Van’.
Marina and Emily are available for all kinds of events and concerts or recitals.
Emma can provide you with three dazzling sets for your event, product launch or exclusive private party. She performs pop, classical or lounge/cafe del mar-style music all to backing track on electric or acoustic violin and to the highest level.
This violinist is a superb improviser and plays along to a DJ – usually house, commercial or lounge music.
Recent high-profile events that this artist has performed at include London Fashion Week, Wimbledon Ball, the premiere of the film ‘One night in Istanbul’, the BBC Sports Personality of the Year after party and the BBC Worldwide Showcase.
She is a prominent session musician and has worked with an enormous variety of different artists both in the studio and on stage. From recording Carly Paoli’s album at Abbey Road Studios to BBC Radio One’s Live Lounge with Bring Me the Horizon to performing for audiences of 80,000 with Eminem at Twickenham, Emma enjoys every element of artist collaboration.
You may have spotted her on shows including the X-Factor, Strictly Come Dancing, The Voice and the BBC Music Awards behind artists such as John Legend, Jess Glynne and Celine Dion to mention a few.
Set the romantic tone for your wedding ceremony with a classical string quartet. Performed by some of London’s best classically trained musicians this acoustic set will accompany the service with elegant strings.
For a traditional English ceremony, throughout the gathering they are able to play light classical music. Following this, for the ceremony, they can play during the processional (entrance of the bride) signing, and recessional (exit of the bride).
The repertoire for this set embraces classical crossover pieces and incorporates other more contemporary pieces, including Chi Mai and Gabriel’s Oboe by Ennio Morricone.
